These exceptional burgers are crafted from premium English olive-fed Wagyu beef, hand-formed to showcase the meat's extraordinary marbling and natural flavour. The olive feeding programme adds subtle complexity to the beef's natural richness, whilst the careful hand-forming preserves the meat's texture and ensures even cooking. Each burger delivers an incredibly tender, flavourful bite with the luxurious mouthfeel that only genuine Wagyu can provide.

Cook gently over medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side, avoiding pressing down to retain the juices. Serve simply on brioche buns with minimal accompaniments to let the exceptional beef shine - perhaps just lettuce, tomato, and a touch of good mustard.
