The Story

LALLIER CHAMPAGNE GRAND CRU MILLESIMÉ 2014 VINTAGE

Region: Aÿ, Champagne, France

Grape: 65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay

Rating: Decanter 92 Points

Tasting: Elegant notes of ripe citrus, green apple, and brioche, with subtle hints of white flowers and honey. The palate shows remarkable precision with fine bubbles, chalky minerality, and a complex, lingering finish characteristic of the exceptional 2014 vintage.

Pairing: Excellent with fresh oysters, Dover sole, or butter-poached lobster. Also pairs beautifully with aged Comté cheese.

Producer: Founded in 1906 in the historic village of Aÿ, Champagne Lallier has maintained its position as one of the few remaining independent Grand Cru houses. Under the direction of cellar master Francis Tribaut since 2004, Lallier has quietly revolutionised their winemaking approach, focusing exclusively on Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. Their philosophy of minimal intervention and extended lees aging has created a distinctive house style that perfectly balances power with elegance.

ABV: 12.5%

Vol: 75cl

Contains Sulphites
