Producer: From Château Roubine's finest parcels, this premium cuvée represents the pinnacle of Provençal rosé craftsmanship. Named after the lion and dragon from the estate's coat of arms - symbols rooted in Knights Templar history - this small-batch production uses hand-selected organic grapes aged in oak barrels. The estate's heritage dates back to 1307, when the Order of the Templars ceded it to the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, and it achieved Cru Classé status in 1953.
