Producer: Château Minuty stands as one of Provence's most prestigious estates, situated on the legendary Saint-Tropez peninsula overlooking the Mediterranean. Founded by Gabriel Farnet and acquired by the Matton family in 1936, this 170-hectare property was among the first 23 estates to receive the coveted "Cru Classé des Côtes-de-Provence" designation in 1955. Now in its fourth generation under the Matton brothers and Anne-Victoire Matton, the estate was acquired by LVMH in 2023, cementing its luxury status. The 281 cuvée represents their pinnacle achievement, crafted from a clonal selection of 25-year-old Grenache vines and named after Pantone 281 - the royal blue that cascades down the bottle, symbolising the azure hues visible from their tasting room where Provence's sky meets the Mediterranean Sea.
